The British tennis sensation is all set to begin her Australian Open run and play her first match against Rebecca Marino on Monday, January 13. When quizzed if she is witnessing a similar feeling to de Minaur, who acknowledged getting an “honorary Brit” hospitality at Wimbledon, Boulter shared true feelings. “I feel like I’ve already felt the love so much more here, just more than last year. Being in Sydney, which is obviously his hometown, where he was born, it was probably my first proper time playing tennis there. Just walking out onto the court and hearing the crowd for me really did help me. I felt very much at home and comfortable.” Remember, Boulter recently represented Team Great Britain at the United Cup that was played in Sydney. While her team was eventually whisked out by Poland in the quarterfinals, Boulter shared that she felt very comfortable playing at the venue.

“Normally I’m actually the kind of person that dislikes going to new places, playing on a court for the first time. I actually felt very comfortable from the word ‘go’ when I was there. I think that was completely because of them and how they’ve been treating me. Yeah, it makes a world of difference,” Boulter added. Her remarks clearly highlight that the couple are enjoying a great bond as they look forward to entering a new phase of their lives.

The couple have been together for almost five years now and took their relationship to a greater height recently. Sharing their engagement news on December 23, 2024, with an Instagram post, the couple wrote “We’ve Been keeping a small secret,” with Boulter draped in the arm of her beau. They have been seen engaging in fascinating moments and one of those came on Thursday.
The Australian ATP star revealed his involvement in an interesting project – the launch of the Alex de Minaur Foundation in partnership with Tennis Australia. Among the long list of admirers, his belle stood out, as she beamed with pride over her fiance’s initiative. “Great person doing great things x @alexdeminaurfoundation,” Boulter wrote on Instagram.
