Mirra Andreeva makes her way to the third round at Wimbledon

After qualifying for Wimbledon, Andreeva had her first round yesterday against Wang Xiyu which she won 6-4, 3-6, 7-5. Then she had a match with Barbora today and she won that as well in straight sets.

A 16-year-old progressing to the third round of the Wimbledon is not too bad an achievement. The last time she played so well was because Andy Murray wished her the best for Roland Garros, and we are hoping if she gets a hint of lucky charm from Murray during Wimbledon as well, maybe, she will qualify for the fourth round as well.
