Navratilova shared her strong belief that the Wimbledon champion will recover and get back on the tennis court. This is not the first time she has shown support to the 20-year-old; earlier too, she has supported him by talking about his athletic potential.

When Navratilova hailed Alcaraz’s athletic potential

Last year during the Miami Open, in a conversation with Tennis Channel, the 67-year-old tennis legend talked about how she always believed that Alcaraz was destined to have good results, as he has emerged as a complete player on the court. She further put him up with Daniil Medvedev, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic, as the top four competitors in the major tournaments.
