Paula Badosa is the perfect addition to Stefanos Tsitsipas‘ entourage! The Spanish player’s presence at Tsitsipas’ camp gives a new viewpoint and vibrant energy, instilling a revitalized sense of motivation and community. With her outstanding accomplishments and strong skill set on the court, the WTA star is an inspiration to the recent Monte Carlo champion, in addition to being his girlfriend.

The Greek tennis player never misses out on the opportunity to share how lucky he is to have Badosa in his life. Recently, he also highlighted how having the Spaniard in this sporting aspect is also a huge blessing for him.

After winning the Monte Carlos title, in an interview with Tennis Channel opened up about how her girlfriend has been one of the biggest supporters on and off the tennis court. He stated, “I find Paula’s opinions about my game very important and the way, basically her perspective on how she thinks of certain things as opposed to me.”

While it’s about to be a year since both of them got into a relationship, every now and then, even though the Spaniard struggled from injury, she was there in the Greek box to support and cheer him up. Subsequently, he also highlighted how it feels great to have someone to talk about tennis and discuss the game on and off the tennis court.

Further, the Greek tennis player added, “We all have different ways how we perceive the game and how we see the court and how we read play. So I am open-minded to everything and I think her mind is uh beautiful when it, not just on the court but outside of it so, to be by her side and have the opportunity to learn from one another is the biggest blessing.”

Their connection seems strong, but what’s interesting are the indications that seemed to lead to their relationship in the first place. Badosa and Tsitsipas have both made multiple references from the beginning that suggest their impending union. Is anyone familiar with the Rome story?

In an amusing incident, Badosa recalled, “I never dream about tennis players, but I dreamt about him that night, that we were both winning Australian Open. Then it was like we were having a very romantic moment, but I’m not going to explain. I’m just going to leave it there. (Laughter.)” Tsitsipas, however, was enthralled by Badosa’s triumph over Ons Jabeur in Rome the previous year. As they say, the rest is history! He took the effort to tell her congrats via direct chat!

Now the former world number 2 pulled out a charming message on Twitter, and wrote, “Do you believe in destiny?” during her boyfriend’s phenomenal run at the Monte Carlo Masters.
