BetterHelp is an online mental health platform that provides therapy. The reason behind joining this initiative is that Fritz wants to raise awareness about the importance of good mental health.
The tennis player accepted being a part of the sport where his nerves are always tensed about the next outcome. And this has inevitably put his mental health at risk.
Subsequently, Fritz stated, “I think I’ve become a lot more self-aware of what I need to do to mentally be feeling good and to be able to perform well.”
