It is of course a given that their tremendous success is backed by their amazing skills and hard work, but another thing that has fueled their journey is their coaches.

The sisters have been fortunate to have the right guidance right from the start, especially with their childhood coach Rick Macci, who even to date never misses an opportunity to feel pride in the successes of the sisters and sing praises of them.

Serena Williams’ childhood coach appreciates the sisters’ unique attitude on social media

It is not easy to stay humble and grounded when you have seen the success of such a high magnitude like the Williams sisters. Their success has not only been bound to the tennis courts but also to their personal and business lives. But their childhood coach recently wrote about how the two have always shown even in their childhood days their ‘grateful attitude’.

He posted on Twitter, “The number one QUALITY both Venus and Serena had as kids was not delivering DAILY FIESTY ATTITUDE but delivering DAILY HEARTFELT GRATITUDE.”

His post truly shows that both Serena and Venus have not only made an impact on theory fans and the sport but also on the way they interact with people. And so much so that even after so many years, their coach has nothing but good things to say about them even though he is not their coach anymore.
