The former World No. 1 had arranged for an exhibition match against her good friend Serena Williams as her farewell from the sport, but the event was postponed due to the complications caused by COVID-19.
Wozniacki and Serena were scheduled to face each other on May 18, 2020, but the possibility was shattered due to a massive virus outbreak. Tennis fans dearly anticipated the clash between two former foes but were left disappointed after the postponement.

The match was titled “The Final One” and it was supposed to be held in Denmark, but Wozniacki took the trouble of announcing the event’s postponement and wrote, “the safety and health of everyone is most important.”
