This British tennis star recently revealed her current mental state as she is going to play professional tournaments after a year almost. In a press conference, Raducanu said- “Yeah I feel reborn in a way, I feel fresh, I feel ready, I feel happy. I feel excited. So, overall, I’m feeling very positive and lighter. I think that for two years after the US Open, maybe a bit more like weight on my shoulders, but now I feel like completely fresh.” 

Raducanu’s comment expressed great satisfaction about her return to the professional court. It seemed like the tennis star was eagerly waiting to recover from her surgery so that she could again entertain fans with her great tennis skills.

ASB Classic is one of the premier tennis tournaments in New Zealand. The upcoming championship will take place from the 1st of January to the 13th of January in Auckland. Played on the outdoor hard courts, this tournament is a joint championship of both men’s and women’s tennis. While the women’s matches will start on the 1st of Jan and will continue till the 7th. However, the men’s matches will start from 8th January to 13th January.
