Golf fever has taken over the Williams-Ohanian household. Serena Williams‘ husband founded the Los Angeles Golf Club in TGL a few weeks ago. The Los Angeles Golf Club has been pretty quick regarding releasing merchandise. Only a few days after the takeover, Alexis Ohanian announced their first merchandise. Unsurprisingly, it was an instant hit as the first lot was sold out within hours. Recently, Serena Williams was found flaunting one of the LAGC merchandise in a viral video that will only increase the popularity of TGL.

TGL continues to grow in popularity with TMRW Sports’ backing and Tiger Woods at the top of management. Ohanian and Williams were the first of the six owners. Serena’s daughter Olympia and sister Venus Williams are also a part of the deal.

Serena Williams flexes her Los Angeles Golf Club’s merchandise

A fan page on Instagram recently posted a clip where Serena was flexing a black LAGC cap. The cap looked pretty simple. It was black with ‘Los Angeles Golf Club‘ written in bold italics on it.

In the video, Serena was vibing to some fast music while recording herself with the merchandise on. Alexis Ohanian had similarly flexed the LAGC cap last month on Instagram.

In Celinatech’s Instagram reel, Ohanian was showing gratitude to the fans for a successful merchandise sale. He did so by putting on the LAGC cap, which was also black in color with a slightly different design to what Serena donned.

The merchandise has been a hit so far. Ohanian revealed last month that their first batch was sold out in less than a week.

Ohanian’s golf club merchandise has been a hit

Only six days after confirming the deal, Ohanian started reaping the rewards. Their first lot of 250 merchandise was sold out immediately, which suggested that LAGC could attract a large fanbase in the TGL. He also took to Twitter to flaunt the sale success when he tweeted. “Y’all keep setting off the notifs on my phone — thank you! I”m gonna rip thru thank you vids tomorrow am first thing.“
