Focusing on the way golf connects a lot of people around the world, Ohanian took to his Twitter account to share a video from Golf Digest of children playing golf, in a rough rural area surrounded by trees, that is practically in the middle of nature.

Along with the video, the reddit co-founder wrote, “Golf is for everyone.” Interestingly, Alexis Ohanian iterated the same thing when he posted his golf moments with his daughter Olympia a few months ago.

Ohanian had written: On Sundays I’m Daddy Caddy. #GolfForEverybody @wearelagc.” From having no interest in the sport to giving has  golf lessons to his daughter, Ohanian has come a long way. “I really felt like the sport wasn’t for me.I grew up a middle-class white kid, and I realized when I started diving into the golf community that if I felt this way, then, my God, there must be a whole hell of a lot of people who do as well,” Ohanian said in an interview with FORE Magazine in December last year.

But his perception has changed over the last couple of years. After a friend gifted Alexis and Serena’s daughter, Olympia, a set of clubs, he dutifully took her to the driving range as her “daddy caddie.” Olympia took an instant liking to golf and Ohanian said “All right, I’ll give this a shot.”

However, this is not the first time that Ohanian has appreciated the sport or someone related to it. Just a few months ago, he also appreciated the golf glamour girl, Paige Spiranac, for becoming a trailblazer in golf.

Ohanian appreciated Spiranac’s contribution to golf

Paige Spiranac is quite a popular face on the internet. Additionally, she has used her social media to promote golf and stand by female athletes. A few months ago, looking into her contribution to golf, Ohanian talked about how she might have cracked the code of getting the next generation into the sport.

Ohanian wrote, “Just had a call with @PaigeSpiranac— she’s the real deal. Every brand trying to understand how to tell a story to the *next* generation of golf fans should be paying attention.” Subsequently, it won’t be wrong to say that Serena Williams’ husband might be a new fan of the 30-year-old tennis player’s promotional ways which she used for golf.
