Serena Williams’ husband cites ‘ups and downs’ as part of the game!

Just a day ago, TGL announced that it would be postponing the debut of the simulator Golf League to 2025 because of a damaging incident that occurred at its host facility, the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens. At first, the event was supposed to kick off on January 9, 2024, but now that the purpose-built new building in Florida was damaged, plans were needed to be tweaked.

The 40-year-old American entrepreneur took to his Instagram account to share the actual story behind the delay. He wrote in the caption, “Just like the game of golf, there are ups and downs.” This message to the golf community, showcased their gratitude to the fanbase for their support while they go through a disaster.

Next, Ohanian also detailed the reason behind the delay. He highlighted that on November 15, the roof of the SoFi Center collapsed overnight, which led to a significant disruption of the construction of the arena. Fortunately, there were no injuries, but somewhere down the line, it disappointed the league fans and LAGC fans, who were eagerly waiting for the event.

Subsequently, Williams’ husband has a special connection with the league, as he and his wife were the first to pick a team. But do you know that not only their fans but even the 23-time Grand Slam Champion’s husband was quite ready for TGL season one?
