Coco Gauff, the American rising star, recently shared a few pictures on Instagram. Fans witnessed her spending quality time in her hometown in Florida.

In 2022, she became the youngest player in the top 100 of the WTA. She has already earned millions in prize money and sponsorships thanks to her brand partnerships with sports giant New Balance, tennis enterprise Head, Barilla food products, and Microsoft.

Coco Gauff shares pictures that showcase her golfing skills

In her Instagram story, Coco Gauff uploaded a video where she can be seen swinging at golf balls with all her power. She captioned her reel as, “Swing is bad but aye the ball went far ok.”

The American had attained a career-high position of No. 4 in singles and No. 1 in doubles title. Gauff gained notoriety after she defeated Venus Williams in the Wimbledon 2019 first round.

In 2019, Gauff made her WTA Tour debut at the prestigious Miami Open. She had triumphed admirably in her maiden match against fellow American teen Catherine McNally. In the 2019 Wimbledon Championships qualifying round, she was given a wildcard. Gauff thus became the youngest player in the Open Era to make it through qualifying and into Wimbledon’s main draw.

Performing consistently on the Tour has brought her additional rewards as well. New Balance has released an updated version of Gauff’s iconic Coco CG1 shoe. The release commemorated the recent long-term extension of their partnership with the American star.

Gauff had once smashed her racquet at the French Open

In the 2021 French Open, Gauff was defeated by Barbora Krejcikova in straight sets of 7-6 (6), 6-3, in the quarterfinals. After the disappointing defeat, she had smashed her racquet on the clay court. Gauff had outplayed her opponent in the first set. However, Krejcikova won the set in a thrilling tie-break.

The Czech player had maintained the pressure on her younger opponent in the second set. Gauff had displayed incredible fortitude and tenacity to save multiple match points and win three games in a row. But it was not to be, and after an hour and 50 minutes, Krejcikova won the match on her sixth match point. Gauff had identified the first set defeat as the match’s pivotal moment.
