Wozniacki joyfully announced on her Instagram account on February 10, 2021, that she and David were expecting their first child. It was a baby girl who was due in June of that year. Wozniacki gave birth to her daughter, Olivia Wozniacki Lee, on June 11, 2021.

Continuing their adventure as parents, Wozniacki announced on her Instagram account on June 19, 2022, that she was expecting their second child. This great news was immediately followed by the birth of their son, James Wozniacki Lee, on October 24, 2022.
