Recently, Tennis Channel decided to have some fun on Twitter. To our surprise, the channel interviewed Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, and Maria Sakkari. The players were asked about who was the funniest, most athletic, and so on. Fans have showered their love on the video and they definitely can’t get enough.

The serious and hard-working players were seen in a much lighter mood talking about the secret personalities of their fellow players on court. The interviews were taken individually from what we can guess. However, the short clips weren’t really enough for us to get to know our favorite players fully. From what we can see, there must be a longer version of the interview and this was only a glimpse to keep us hooked.

The 2022 Superlatives by Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, and Maria Sakkari

The Yearbook Committee for the WTA 2022 Superlatives consists of Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, and Maria Sakkari. The trio was first asked about the “class clown” of the WTA. They all had an anonymous answer- it’s Ons Jabeur. The Tunisian player is known for her classic pranks and humor across WTA. “She’s always messing and joking with every single player, doesn’t matter who they are”, says Jessica Pegula.

The second question was to identify the “most athletic person”. Everyone had different answers and it was definitely fun hearing them out. While Coco and Maria said they themselves are the most athletic players they knew, Jessica didn’t talk about herself. Instead, according to her, it’s “either Iga or Coco“.

When it came to the question of who would most likely be the President, Jessica said in her opinion it would probably be either Madison Keys or Sloane Stephens. She explained that they both might also do an excellent job as a team as they are both quite dynamic. On this question, however, Coco sided with her idol Venus Williams. According to her, “she (Venus) has been on tour for a while and she handles everything so great“.

On the other hand, the most likely to be reality TV star would be Eugenie Bouchard– according to Pegula. While Coco sides with Daria Kasatkina on this question, Pegula explains that Genie is innovative with social media and that’s why she could rock it as a reality TV star.

Fans have been reposting this video with their own comments and most of them are totally in tune with Ons being the funniest. While Coco fans have totally sided with her on being the most athletic, Kasatkina fans have congratulated Coco on getting Daria’s personality right.
