Naomi Osaka is prepared to embark on a new journey and it is very similar to the path that was explored by the retired tennis legend, Serena Williams, earlier this year. With a meet-and-greet event this week, the Japanese tennis star will release her new children’s book.
In an effort to inspire youngsters to pursue their goals, Serena Williams released her book, ‘The Adventures of Qai Qai’, earlier this year. Now, the Japanese tennis star will release her children’s book, ‘The Way Champs Play’, in December.

Naomi Osaka follows in the footsteps of Serena Williams
The tennis pro recently shared the inaugural event of her new venture on Twitter. She wrote, “Can’t wait to celebrate the release of my first children’s book “The Way Champs Play’ with a meet and greet at Barnes and Noble at the Grove next Thursday. It’s going to be a lot of fun. Hope to see you there :)”

Osaka said that she is eager to celebrate the publication of her debut book, and is prepared to have a meet and greet at Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles, California, on December 6. At the event, the former world number one will distribute complimentary preview copies of her book during the occasion.

However, Williams‘ book ‘The Adventure of Qai Qai’ has already created a fan base of its own. After its release, the book became the number one selling new release on Amazon. The American tennis player’s husband took to his social media account to thank their fans for making the book a great success.
