Serena Williams is one of the greatest tennis players of all time. As a sport, Williams has primarily connected with tennis only. However, it is not the same for her five-year-old daughter, Olympia. Her daughter is interested in multiple sports, including soccer and tennis.

Recently, in an interview, her father Alexis Ohanian disclosed that he wants his daughter to become a soccer player and take his vision of soccer to the next level. And it seems like it will not be long before Olympias’ father’s dream comes true, as she has already started practicing soccer at a young age.  

Alexis Ohanian shares Olympia’s first-day soccer practice

The Reddit co-founder wants her daughter to one day move forward with his soccer association and take over the $100 million investment. He recently shared a picture combining two photos; one when he started playing soccer and the other when his daughter Olympia started playing soccer. Ohanian shared this father-daughter moment at the beginning of Olympia’s soccer journey. 

Williams’ husband Ohanian captioned the picture, “First day of soccer practice for Jr… A few decades removed from her Papa’s.” Ohanian has also played soccer from a very young age and has a passion for sports and even owns a soccer team.

Even the five-year-old once was seen showing her soccer skills while playing with Angel City players. Not only soccer, but she is also often seen taking tennis lessons from her mother Serena Williams, was is a tennis star.

A few days back, Ohanian revealed that his daughter loves playing soccer and has learned a lot from the Los Angeles women’s soccer team. Alexis and his five-year-old are often seen cheering up for their soccer team and encouraging in sports-related activities online over his social media account.

Alexis Ohanian is a successful investor. Earlier this year, he invested in a women’s soccer team known as Angel City FC. Not only he, but his daughter Olympia, alongside her mother, also co-owns the team.
