Stephens replied that her best memory of this year was the time she spent with her stepson on Easter. She was able to take him and his closest friend to the white house, where they got to meet the President and the first lady. “Taking my baby and his best friend to the White House for the Easter Egg Roll. The 2017 US Open champion also shared a picture of her holding her stepson’s hand. Both of them were wearing outfits suitable enough for the White House. From such information, one can infer that the American player is enjoying her maternal role.

When Stephens found joy in more than tennis

In 2022, Stephens married Jozy Altidore and entered a new stage in her life. Although her professional life was not shaping up to be the best in 2022, Stephens found happiness in her personal life. In a podcast, she detailed how she was grateful to be something more than a tennis player. Her gratitude also came because she was a step-mom.
