They lost the match and disappointed fans were quick to troll Venus for her performance in the match. The Williams sisters were one of the most dominant duos in the history of the sport, winning an incredible 14 Grand Slam titles. Thus, when they face early exits in tournaments, even at the twilight of their careers, fans will be distraught.

The Czech duo won the match in straight sets of 7-6(5), 6-4. According to some recent tweets, fans are still very unhappy with Venus’ performance, as they blamed her for the result of the match.
