A few days ago, the world was sent in shock when the news of Koltsov’s demise went live. Tennis fans flocked to Aryna Sabalenka’s social media to share their condolences. However, the question of how he passed away was still in the minds of many. Recently, his ex-wife, Julija Mihailova, revealed that a suicide was highly unlikely, given his recent bookings.

She said, “It was an accident. We still have an old family computer with Konstantin’s email. I knew the passwords, and I managed to open some emails. Konstantin had further booked apartments in a other place. Purchases that have not yet arrived have been paid for. A car has been rented for a long time. That is, he wasn’t going to die. Anything, of course, can shoot in the head, but nothing foreshadowed the tragedy.”
In the same interview, Mihailova also talked about the time she finally found an amicable outlook in her mind for Sabalenka after she saw how she behaved with her children.
Koltsov’s ex-wife develops kind feelings towards Aryna Sabalenka
A few years ago, Mihailova shared a post that addressed her split with her husband. She did not use kind words for Sabalenka, but as per her recent interview, she managed to develop some kindness in her heart for the Belarusian player.
On that note, she said, “Yes, I did. Pleasant girl. My post a few years ago was dictated by emotions; it was very painful. I loved Konstantin very much… But Sabalenka treated my children well, so I have a normal attitude towards her.”
The Belarusian beauty found a way to become a member of their family after showering Koltsov’s children with love. The news of his demise has broken the hearts of many around the world, and they are hoping that Sabalenka will find the support she needs in this trying time.
