A mother to two beautiful children, Olympia and Adira, Williams found the balance between tennis, business, and parenting. However, while she continues her journey, it does not come with its own challenges. Her latest TikTok post highlighted the tireless efforts of mothers like Serena Williams, with a 4 am call to action.

In her latest TikTok update, Serena Williams offered a small insight into her mommy duties. Waking up at 4 am, Williams had to pump milk for infant daughter Adira.

Serena Williams reveals early morning mommy duties

Being a mother is a big responsibility, and Serena Williams leaves no stone unturned in fulfilling her role as a mother. Whether it is working out or taking care of business, Williams has it covered when it comes to balancing it with her mommy duties. This time, it called for her to wake up in the wee hours of dawn.

Serena Williams shared her update, talking about pumping breast milk for her daughter. “It’s been a long time since I have woken up at 4 am having to pump. This is a spa treatment. It won’t cause a halo but…Alright, I got 30 minutes and I’m going back to sleep,” she said in a heartfelt post.

As fans may already know, Williams is a big advocate of using breast milk not just for feeding her baby, but its medicinal properties as well. A few months ago, Williams revealed she experimented with it to treat sunburns in another TikTok video. “They say, ‘Put breast milk on everything,’ and I have a lot extra. So I’m going to try it for a week or so under my eyes.”

More importantly, Williams remains committed to helping mothers out. Late last year, she revealed she donated extra breast milk to mothers who needed it. A gesture that warmed hearts, Serena Williams sets an example when it comes to motherhood.
