The seven-time Grand Slam champion has gotten a wild card entry at Wimbledon this year. So, despite having a second-round loss against Jelena Ostapenko at Birmingham Classics, Williams is not taking it easy before the SW19.
She took to her Instagram stories to share the grueling training routine to strengthen herself. Sharing a picture of herself lying tiredly on the yoga mat, she added, “Posted up 2 hours in the gym today.” Furthermore, she shared some shots of her grueling exercises, including the one that she hates the most.

She added, “The most necessary but my most hated exercise.” She added an Instagram video showcasing her two-hour grueling tennis session. Knowing what a good training regimen can do to her confidence, she stated, “Nothing brings confidence like preparation.”

But it was not all tiringly hitting the gym. The tennis star added a bit of funk to her exercise routine and she even grooved to some music.
Gearing up for her favorite grass-court major, Venus Williams is strengthening her body and livening up her spirits. Boosting her confidence is her compatriot Andy Roddick who bravely gave a verdict about her legacy.
