We all know Naomi Osaka for her tremendous rise in the realm of tennis. The Japanese star astounded the world by defeating top-tier players like Serena Williams to win some of the most-coveted grand slam titles.

Apart from that, she has also raised issues of mental health in the sports world. Now, the player has widened her spectrum of expertise by being the executive producer of the movie, “Think Title IX, Think Mink!”

Naomi Osaka explores new fields

Tennis star Naomi Osaka took to her Instagram account to announce her role in the making of the movie.

She stated, “Honored to work with Oscar winning director @bgproudfoot for @hanakuma‘s first project. Title IX is close to my heart and Patsy’s story resonates as a Japanese woman of color growing up in the US while advocating for change. She altered sports history forever and leveled the playing field for women athletes to be the legends they are today.”
