American Tennis Legend Martina Navratilova Lauds Joe Biden’s Bold Personal Declaration After 4-Year Refusal

The hottest topic in all of America at the moment is about President Joe Biden and his grandchild. Four years after her birth, Biden has finally acknowledged Navy as his grandchild. She was born to Hunter Biden and an Arkansas woman, Lunden Roberts, in 2018. But, how is this content related to tennis?

Well, the evergreen tennis legend, Martina Navratilova, is the answer to the question. She was not just versatile on the court but also the same off-court. Her Twitter page would have an opinion on almost every ongoing topic or debate as she has amassed over a whopping 203,000 tweets. But what does Martina Navratilova have to say in this context?

Martina Navratilova voices her opinion on Joe Biden acknowledging his grandchild

There was a lot of controversy surrounding Joe Biden’s grandchild as his son Hunter initially denied paternity of the child. However, the DNA reports proved him wrong. Four years later, Biden said via Huffpost, “Our son Hunter and Navy’s mother, Lunden, are working together to foster a relationship that is in the best interests of their daughter, preserving her privacy as much as possible going forward.”, thereby acknowledging his grandchild for the first time.

Impressed by the President’s move, the 59-time major champion took to Twitter to voice her opinion. She quoted the Huffpost article, which had all the quotes of Biden regarding his grandchild, Navy. Martina’s tweet read, “This is the right thing to do.“, as she was in agreement with the POTUS.

It wasn’t the first time Navratilova tweeted in support of President Biden. Last year, she had lashed out at a fan demeaning the President.

When Navratilova showed no mercy to a Biden critic

Dating back to August 2022, a Twitter user had called Biden the most divisive American President of all time. Navratilova was in complete disagreement here. She lashed out at the critic for questioning the President’s work. Navratilova tweeted, ““Who is this woman and what is she smoking?!? Or drinking? Or both…”.

The former world number 1 is pretty quick to defend tennis players or the political leaders she admires. One thing about the Czech-American legend is that she will always have your back.
