Alexis Ohanian on the battle of platforms

When Threads went live, it was clear that the platform was created to rival Twitter. Ohanian, impressed with the Facebook founder’s move, praised him on his Instagram page. As per him, creating Threads was a great move as thousands of established creators can carry a good chunk of their fanbase to Threads.

According to Ohanian, they have an easy road to making it big on the platform. Old creators only have to create engaging content in words, as opposed to videos and pictures on Instagram. While he hasn’t announced his favorite for the cage fight, Ohanian definitely favored Zuckerberg for this round.
