Krejcikova wins dual honor after spectacular 2021 season

Barbora Krejcikova, who surprised fans by winning the French Open title earlier this year, was awarded the most improved player of the year. The Czech player also won the doubles title at Roland Garros.

Krejcikova, along with Katerina Siniakova, won the doubles team of the year for their splendid performances across the year. Along with winning Roland Garros, the duo won the WTA Finals in Guadalajara and also reached the finals at the Australian Open.
