Naomi Osaka’s rapper boyfriend was recently captured starting Black History Month in style. He posted a story on his Instagram account while traveling on a flight. And here’s what he said in the story.

Naomi Osaka and Cordae started their relationship in 2019. They were first spotted together while they were attending an L.A. Clippers game in the NBA. Since then both of them have been together and on July 7, Osaka gave birth to their daughter, Shai. But sadly for the power couple, they have a busy schedule throughout the year which means they often find themselves on opposite sides of the world.

Recently, Cordae posted a story on his Instagram where he was seen enjoying Dragon Ball Z with some fried chicken on his 15-hour-long flight to Australia. He wrote in the caption, “Starting off black history month the right way.“

For those who are unaware, Black History Month is an annual observance originating in the United States. BHM is a way of remembering important people and events in the history of the African diaspora. It is also known as African-American History Month. It’ll be celebrated from February 1 to March 1 this year.

Osaka is set to kick-start her campaign at the Abu Dhabi Open

A few hours ago, Naomi Osaka was spotted wearing a graphic black crop top with a cartoon cat embroidered on its chest and brown sweatpants as she shared her airport look on Instagram while flying to the UAE. Osaka made a return after a long gap from tennis but the 2024 campaign didn’t start off well for the Japanese. She lost 2 out of her 3 matches so far. But for her boyfriend, 2023 has been one of the most successful years of his life.
