American tennis great Chris Evert is among the most sought tennis analysts in the world right now. The 67-year-old has a vast experience and knowledge of the game. Adding to her illustrious career, it’s been quite some time since she has been doing analysis and commentary. It won’t be wrong to call her both a tennis and commentary legend.

Because of her accuracy, she is quite busy with her job during Grand Slam. While on one such duty in 2016 Wimbledon, she had lunch with the members of the British Royal family, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton. Later in a podcast with Lance Armstrong, Evert had a fun time discussing the incident.
Lance and Chris Evert discussed Evert’s meeting with Prince William
Back in 2016, Evert appeared alongside Lance Armstrong for a podcast. The two athletes discussed various things related to sports and personal life. Meanwhile, Armstrong drew Evert’s attention to the time when she had lunch with Prince William and Kate Middleton. Chris Evert’s ex-husband, Andy Mill, told Armstrong about it while playing golf. Here’s what he recalled.

Mill to Armstrong: “Guess where Chrissie is.” To which Armstrong correctly guessed she was at Wimbledon. Mill further added, “She is having lunch with Kate and William.”
However, Evert corrected Armstrong here that it’s not now Mill addresses Kate. Armstrong replied, “He said Kate hot!! This is what he is, busted me out. All my shit.”
Controlling his emotions, Armstrong further said, “Anna, listen to these podcasts so I have to be..” Before he could complete the sentence, Evert said, “If somebody’s hot, somebody’s hot.”
Concluding it, Armstrong said, “You are not gonna say she is not hot. I mean, she is hot.”

Evert once admitted she wishes to date again
Chris Evert had a tough time in her personal life after her divorce from Andy Mill. The former world number one married Andy’s best friend, Greg Norman, a year later. However, their marriage didn’t last long and the two separated within 15 months of marriage.
Evert later regretted her decision. However, since then, the 67-year-old is living life on her own terms and is happily single. The 18-time Grand Slam champion said that dating is still an option. However, she claimed that all good ones are married.

Ever since her divorce from Greg Norman, Evert has focused on her commentary career and grown closer to her three sons.
