The biopic on the life of Richard Williams will soon be hitting the theatres. The father of Serena and Venus Williams struggled a lot to transform the girls into two of the greatest tennis players of all time. The American actor, Will Smith, is playing the lead role in the film.

Just recently, Smith organized an exclusive interview with Venus and Serena as part of the promotion of King Richard. Notably, the American gymnast, Simone Biles, also extended her kind words to Venus and Serena Williams. In the end, Biles talked about the advice she would want to take from the Williams sisters.

Just recently, Simone Biles expressed how the Williams sisters have impacted her throughout her career. Biles is one of the most successful Olympic gymnasts ever, with 7 medals in the games. The gymnast also cherished the moment she met Venus and Serena in her life.

Simone Biles said, “The impact that Venus and Serena have made, not only in sports but in life, have made a huge impact on my entire career… I can’t thank them enough. And I’m really grateful that I have them to look up to. I wish we were friends, but I’m pretty much just a big fan of them.”

Furthermore, she added, “If I could have any life advice from Venus and Serena, it would be how do you keep going, especially when you need a mental health break.”

Soon after hearing this, Venus and Serena Williams reacted to it. Venus said, “I want to be friends with her too”, while Serena replied, “We can be besties.”

Simone has an impressive and brave legacy of her own, regarded as the GOAT of gymnastics, she wasn’t afraid to take a step back to safeguard her mental health at Olympics 2020. Her decision inspired thousands across the world to take a break when necessary. Hopefully, she gets to fulfill her wish and be friends with the iconic sisters.
