Coco Gauff Declares Beyonce’s Super Bowl Act ‘Legendary’ in a Major Fangirl Moment

The Super Bowl halftime show is an event everyone in the US looks forward to. As fans await the live performance conducted by Usher this year, organizations and individuals take their chance to share their promotions. Beyonce took her chance to share the trailers of her two new songs and followed it with an ingenious move, which made Coco Gauff fall in love with her even more.

Gauff has been stuck to the screen of the halftime show. As the play was paused, Usher rolled out to perform in the live show and enamored Gauff and other tennis stars.

After immense anticipation, Beyonce finally announced part 2 of her 2022 album, Renaissance. However, the fashion in which she announced the news surprised Coco Gauff. In the intricate, self-referencing ad, we see Beyonce surfing through tunes on an iPhone and then at a lemonade stand. Eventually, the advertisement ends with her saying, “OK, they ready — drop the new music. I told y’all the ‘Renaissance’ is not over”.

A teaser then appeared on her Instagram page, which was followed by the release of two new songs on Beyonce’s YouTube channel. The songs “Texas Hold’ Em” and 16 Carriages show the new country-leaning genre of Beyonce. Her move blew the minds of many, including Coco Gauff. She took to her ‘X’ page to write, “beyonce is just legendary”.

Mardy Fish also talked about it on his Instagram page. He wrote, “Country music next year please”, hoping that the Super Bowl would play Country music in 2025.

While Beyonce would go on to boggle the minds of many, Usher also drew the attention of many tennis stars with his spectacular performance during the halftime show.

Usher enchants Serena Williams and Gauff 

Usher completed his bucket list and landed his first gig at the Super Bowl halftime show. Millions tuned in during the show, and fans sitting at home also lapped up his performance. Serena Williams also saw his performance and said that it was “Usher time”, given his fantastic performance. Gauff was also enamored by the pop singer and praised his entry as he rolled out on skates.

Jessica Pegula, another WTA star who loved watching him perform, took to her ‘X’ page to say, “Halftime show 10/10 I love Usher and bringing out lil JonLuda and alicia is iconic forever”. Usher and Beyonce, two icons of pop music, have enamored fans; what did you think of their performance?
