23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams is synonymous with American tennis. However, she has not graced the tennis court in almost six months now. Since Wimbledon 2021, Serena has not played on the tour at all. This is because she incurred a hamstring injury in her right leg during her first-round match against Aliaksandra Sasnovich.
In fact, she had to exit the match midway after the injury, and that too, in tears. Ever since then, the megastar has not made her come back yet. Now, a cryptic tweet by Serena Williams has got speculations going and fans in a frenzy, as it hints towards an imminent comeback for the icon.
