Even Collins was left in awe of this song. Recently, she mentioned it while revealing her childhood crush. She said, “A celebrity crush, I’m just not impressed. You know, that song by Shania Twain…”

Further, she went on to add, “That Don’t Impress Me Much, that’s me. There’s not a whole lot that can impress this girl. It would take a lot more than somebody on TV.”
