American tennis star, Danielle Collins, is having a gala time on the tennis court. Nearing her retirement, Collins is on the verge of lifting the Miami Open title in front of her home fans. She is just two wins away from doing so, and with the way she’s playing, Collins looks the favorite to win. It has significantly changed her body language which is transmitting the energy off the court as well. Recently, she had an interesting way to reveal her childhood crush.

Collins has been one of the most popular tennis stars in her country of late. She is a big fan of music and mentioned Shania Twain’s name who left her in awe.

In 1997, Canadian singer and songwriter, Shania Twain’s new song was released. Titled ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much’, the song became a global hit and was widely lauded by critics. Even Collins was left in awe of this song. Recently, she mentioned it while revealing her childhood crush. She said, “A celebrity crush, I’m just not impressed. You know, that song by Shania Twain…”

Further, she went on to add, “That Don’t Impress Me Much, that’s me. There’s not a whole lot that can impress this girl. It would take a lot more than somebody on TV.”

Meanwhile, fans are very much impressed with the performance that Collins is displaying at the Miami Open. She has defeated some big names in the form of Sorana Cirstea and Caroline Garcia en route to her semifinal run. While she is putting in the hard work on and off the court, Collins credited her outfit behind her resurgence at the Miami Open.

She mentioned, “Well, I definitely think this outfit, it’s fire. I really like it. This outfit is kind of, my favorite. So I think that’s probably the biggest difference that I know, I played really great tennis that year, too.”
