The former British ward number 1 is currently practicing hard to get back to her good form on the tennis circuit. But to have a striking comeback, she might have to play in the Australian Open qualifiers, just like she played in the US Open qualifiers two years ago.

Recently, the Australian tennis coach added motivation to her Twitter account regarding playing the first Grand Slam tournament’s qualifiers before moving up to the main draw. She commented on a tennis update that talked about how the Grand Slam journey won’t be easy for her. Stubbs stated, “I mean I’m thinking Qs isn’t a bad idea! It worked last time! Great to have her back!”

Williams’ former coach also mentioned how things had gone well for her two years prior, when she entered the competition as a qualifier and eventually won the title, earning her first Grand Slam victory. Not only did the Australian tennis player support Raducanu in her comeback, but the 23-time Grand Slam Champion’s childhood coach also supported the Brit to succeed.
