It can safely be said that the American tennis sensation Coco Gauff has had a love-hate relationship with Wimbledon in her career so far. After bursting onto the scene by defeating the legendary Venus Williams in the first round of the 2019 championships as a 15-year-old, her time at the hallowed grass courts of SW19 has been underwhelming. So, in order to keep her mind refreshed, with this year’s Wimbledon knocking on the door, the young American has plans of turning to one of her favorite activities away from the tennis court.

Gauff’s love for Marvel remains intact, nonetheless

It is no secret that Coco Gauff is an ardent Marvel fan and is a huge follower of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And despite expressing her newfound love for Harry Potter, she has hinted why Marvel still occupies the maximum space in her heart. During her stay in Paris, while participating in this year’s French Open, Gauff had watched Spiderman: Across The Spider-Verse. As she prepares for her fourth Wimbledon appearance in London, Gauff wished to watch the latest film from the Spiderman franchise once again for the third time.
