American tennis legend Serena Williams draws a lot of inspiration from her family. Apart from her legendary sister Venus Williams and father Richard Williams, even her daughter has inspired the legend. Serena is someone who promotes body positivity and absolutely loves herself.

In an old interview, Serena explained how her daughter Olympia appreciates her body even more.

Serena Williams credits Olympia for her body admiration

Serena Williams has worked hard to remain in good shape and has worked on her muscular built. This not only gives her strength, but also helped her generate raw power on the court. Time and again Serena gave credit to her built for her success. However, after the birth of her daughter Olympia in 2017, the legend started admiring her body even more. Here’s what she said.

“How amazing that my body has been able to give me the career that I’ve had, and I’m really thankful for it. I only wish I had been thankful sooner,” Serena said. She further added, “It just all comes full circle when I look at my daughter.”

While Serena absolutely adores her muscular build, she also draws a lot of advantage in the game from the same. However, a few trolls find it as an excuse to demean the legendary tennis star. Many online trolls made the sexist remark about the 23-time Grand Slam champion calling her manly.

Speaking about the impact of trolling, the legendary tennis star admitted that it did affect her initially. However, Serena started ignoring the haters as she believes her muscles and build are her most important weapon.
