Did the 18-year-old rising tennis star Coco Gauff just make fun of herself? The American teenage sensation is quite active on TikTok and recently made a short video about the new self-describing ‘Dumb ways to Die’ trend, a quite famous trend over TikTok. 

Gauff likes to keep up with the trends and usually updates videos and photos on her various social media accounts on a regular basis. Whether it’s about her victory or doing some weird activities with family members, the 18-year-old never shies away from sharing her life updates with her fans. 

Coco Gauff makes fun of herself 

The 18-year-old took to her TikTok account to share a ridiculous video of a failed shot on a clay court. The video she shared was previously shared by the tennis channel where they tagged the stunt as an unbelievable effort. However, the tennis star in the video tried to create a dumb trend and, by the end of the video, wrote, “Dumb ways to die” while also playing the same song as background music. 

In that video, the 2022 French Open finalist was seen falling on the tennis court in front of the camera and she captioned the video explaining the embarrassing moment. She wrote, “Idk what this was honestly but it did hurt a little bit hahaha.”

However, this whole incident happened at the French Open last year, and even after the fall, Roland Garros was quite a lucky and heartbreaking tournament for her at the same time. In Paris, she reached her first Grand Slam final, but unfortunately lost against an all-conquering Iga Swiatek. Subsequently, fans cannot hold back and gave their hilarious reactions to the video. And the world number six replied back to some amazing comments. 

Gauff reacts to some hilarious comments to her funny video

A fan commented about the tennis match and wrote, “That match was hilarious for no reason”, to which World Number 6 replied, “too much was going on hahaha.” After that, when another confronted her and asked, “Which match?” the tennis star gave a funny reply, “Roland Garros Idk which round I forgot.”

Notably, a fan even noticed the 18-year-old’s arm flex and wrote, “Lol admit you posted this just to flex with your arm.” That comment literally left the French Open finalist speechless in such a way that she accepted the arms flex. She wrote back, “Imfaooo partly.”
