It looks like Sabalenka is finally fulfilling the potential that was evident when she first broke into the professional circuit. As she is starting to assert her dominance on the WTA Tour, one journalist even went as far as comparing her to the Queen of the Court, Serena Williams.
Recently, a bizarre bond was created between Sabalenka and Williams. After her Madrid Open win, Williams had a question for the Belarusian, which was asked by the interviewer, Prakash Amritraj. Williams asked Sabalenka about her random thoughts during a match, which ended up including a burrito.

Christopher Clarey, a renowned tennis journalist, made a bold claim about the Belarusian beauty while on the Tennis Channel Inside-In podcast. Clarey told the listeners that he was aware of her talent much before she entered the top 10.
