The ongoing court proceedings around the Florida mansion of Richard Williams have taken the final turn. The roots of the case date back to the ugly divorce of Richard Williams and Lakeisha Graham in 2017. Despite the divorce, Lakeisha allegedly continued staying in the Florida mansion of Richard. While Lakeisha claimed that she had bought the property from Richard for merely $10, Richard has constantly denied the claims.

As per reports, a major portion of the sales will be directed towards the lender, David Simon. According to the court documents, Simon gave away $255,000 as loan to Lakeisha; accused of faking signatures of Richard in order to remortgage the sprawling 4-bedroom mansion.
While many may think that is it in the case for Richard, they are yet to learn about another proposed order. In accordance with the court’s order, Simon’s counsel has filed a proposed order, urging the court to take away the contesting rights of Richard Williams. The council reportedly stated, “Richard Williams has forever waived any and all claims, defenses and appellate rights he had or has relating to directly or indirectly to the above-captioned suit”
