Not on tour at the moment, Townsend is enjoying her time off and spending all her time with her son. After a long Wimbledon tour, where she played across different categories, the player is now relaxing. Recently, she even shared a video on Instagram showing how she’s living it up with her son.

In the clip, the American player and her 2-year-old son, Adyn Aubrey, can be seen entertaining themselves with silly activities. The endearing pair cuddle and also say “Cheese” twice, all the while grinning and laughing cheekily. Townsend also shared a caption for the video, where she wrote, “Bedtime Cuddles with best friend ????“.

Townsend did not last long in the grass Slam. In both doubles and mixed doubles, she crashed out of the tournament in the second round. A hectic stint that ended rather early, SW19 seemed rather disappointing.

However, all was not lost for the currently ranked number 7 in doubles. No matter what happened in the court, she had a bundle of joy waiting for her back home. Her return was filled with joy as she and Adyn showed off their dancing skills. She uploaded the video on Instagram as well and yet again referred to him as her best friend. Safe to say, there is great love in the life of Townsend in addition to her career in tennis.
