Recently, in an exclusive interview with EssentiallySports, the Belarusian tennis player’s fitness trainer opened up about how she juggles between the two roles. In addition, Francis Bougey also highlighted how Azarenka needs to understand one concept, that will solve all her problems as a mother and as a player.

The two-time Grand Slam champion has always been open about her laugh for her son and how it’s not easy for her to follow her passion while being a parent at the same time. In an exclusive conversation with EssentiallySports, Francis Bougey opened up about how the Grand Slam champion is a great support to her son and enjoys spending time with him.

He said, “She is definitely a full person around the tennis sphere, so maybe under the spotlight people will see the tennis player. But around that, she is fulfilled by so many other things, and her relationship with her son is really good. I think it’s difficult for her to be away from him, like with the tournament and the schedule, she needs to travel. But it’s probably something that they need to work around and try to adapt.”

Not only that but after sharing advice on how she should balance out their travel and time so that she can manage both tennis and her child more efficiently. Along with that, he also poured out a piece of heart and revealed what the 34-year-old actually wants to do as a mother, “She really wants to be the mom that Leo can look up to.”

She stated, “If you know, something goes on in court, and explain you know that sometimes things happen and that’s how you deal with that. I love that part, that I’m able to communicate with Leo and with some others, like my nephews, also play tennis.” She also stressed the need to manage her emotions at times in order to be a role model. But one way or another, all she is trying to do is be a good mother to her son.
