During her illustrious career, Serena Williams won an impressive 23 Grand Slam singles titles, making her the most successful player in the Open Era. She has also won 14 Grand Slam doubles titles with her sister, Venus Williams. Serena is known for her powerful serve, aggressive playing style, and her ability to come back from seemingly impossible situations. Her competitiveness and determination on the court are unmatched, and she has earned the respect of her fellow players and fans alike. Considering her impressive success, both on and off the court, one would think that the ‘Queen of the Court’ is devoid of weaknesses. However, that’s not the case, as she is well-known for her sweet tooth.
Even though Williams is known for her strong demeanor and ability to put up a brave fight on court, there is another side of hers that will make her fans go ‘aww’ for her. And that is her newfound love for her ‘kryptonite’.

Serena Williams shares her never-ending love for her kryptonite
Serena Williams is a true icon of the sport of tennis, known not only for her impressive record on the court, but also for her resilience both on and off of it. From facing racist crowds at Indian Wells to staring at unwarranted criticism for her outfit at the 2018 French Open, Serena has never backed down from a fight. However, the battle with her sweet tooth is one that she cannot win, no matter how hard she tries.
The strong personality of hers that we see is just one of the sides she has. She also has a childish side that loves candies and pastries. Recently, she took to X, formerly Twitter, to share her love for one of her favorite candies, referring to them as her kryptonite.
Tweeting about it, she wrote, “Orange slices (you know the candy) are my kryptonite.”
