Williams, in a 2018 interview, addressed her love for Spears’ music. When asked about using her single Lucky’s verse in her tweet, she said, “I just love that song. I think it’s funny, I always tweet lyrics a lot, and some people are always like, “Are you okay? What’s going on?” I’m like, “You clearly don’t know Britney Spears.””
