Further, she is actively seen taking lessons in tennis from her mother. Recently, Serena Williams shared another adorable video on Instagram involving her daughter, which drew the admiration of her coach, Patrick Mouratoglou and Alexis Ohanian.

Serena Williams battles it out with her daughter

The mother-daughter duo was involved in a light saber battle. Serena shared the video captioned, “Single camera one shot battle Royal with Olympia Ohanian.” While Olympia is going all-out in the attack, just like her mother on the tennis courts, Serena is seen in a defensive mode.

Furthermore, the 4-year-old is seen using her amazing footwork to pin Serena to a corner. The battle ends with Olympia making one final attack, making Serena fall to the floor.

Further, Alexis Ohanian, father of the 4-year-old commented, “Someone put some lightsaber VFX and SFX on this please.” The video also invited comments from Patrick Mouratoglou, Serena’s coach. He hilariously said, “Please move forward! Footwork!!!!” His comment was in reference to Serena’s defensive approach in the battle-royal.

However, the friendly battle aside, the two are very close to each other. Serena had once expressed how she misses her daughter when she is not at home.

Further, coming to tennis, Serena managed a semi-final finish at the 2021 Australian Open, losing to Naomi Osaka. Her Wimbledon journey last season was cut short when she was forced to retire midway through the first set in the opening round.
