A professional tennis career is built with hard work, strength, and consistent preparations for multiple events. In between this loop of tours, it might become hard for players to take time off for their personal lives, leading to a break. Spanish-Venezuelan tennis player Garbine Muguruza has been on this break for a while now, and recent updates from her life outside tennis came out to be quite surprising.

The end-of-year 2022 wasn’t as the fans expected it would be for Muguruza. From being ranked at No. 3 internationally, she dropped to No. 55, which undoubtedly remains disappointing for a player like her. Entering in 2023 with a disturbing score of 0-4, she decided to go on a sabbatical and has been out off the court since then. Recently, the 30-year-old came up to speak about her current life, the things she is keeping up with, and her possibility of being back.
