It has been a long since we last saw Eugenie Bouchard at her best. The Canadian star was one of the players to watch out for in her prime days. She has been on the tour for around 10 years now. However, her most memorable season was in 2014 when she finished second-best at The Championships, Wimbledon. Additionally, she made a semifinal appearance at the Australian Open and the French Open that year, apart from finishing as the runners-up in the WTA 1000 Wuhan Open.

However, the 28-year-old has had frequent ups and downs throughout her career. She has struggled to perform consistently at the highest level. Many tennis pundits have labeled that her off-court commitments have often come in the way of Bouchard performing at her best. After an injury-plagued 2021, the Canadian has some good news for her fans.
