Serena Williams‘ husband, Alexis Ohanian, is without a doubt his family’s beating heart. He is the perfect husband, a devoted father, and a wonderful son, but his recent lighthearted gesture suggests that he wants to be the finest brother to Serena’s elder sister, Venus Williams. The Reddit co-founder has a close relationship with his wife’s family, especially her older sister. And just as the 42-year-old American tennis player was about to return to the court, he pulled a classic brother trick on her.

The seven-time Grand Slam champion is just a day away from making her comeback into the tennis circuit after six months of hiatus. And, while Venus is all excited and apprehensive, the 40-year-old American entrepreneur pulled a classic brother move that may brighten her day in a nice manner.

Serena Williams’ husband pulls a typical brother move 

The former world number one tennis player is currently in the Netherlands, all set to play Libema Open, her first grass-court tournament of the year. And while the seven-time Grand Slam champion is all set to play some amazing tennis in her come-back tournament, she recently shared a post on her Instagram about her philosophy by strolling around the streets in Amsterdam.

She captioned, “My favorite time of day, sunset and it’s a nice time to reflect. These days, I’m doing a lot of observing. Observing how I feel, what I am thinking, and if I need to make any adjustments to my thinking. I then meditate on the new thoughts I’d like to shift my thinking to, and transformation happens.” 

However, seeing that motivational and moving message while everybody applauded the 42-year-old tennis player in the comment section. Her younger sister’s husband also commented with a one-word message, “STROOPWAFEL”. 

Unexpectedly, the co-founder of Reddit made a pointless reply to Venus’ philosophical message. Stroopwafel, on the other hand, is a waffle cookie with a caramel filling inside. Ohanian has, however, commented on a post by his wife’s older sister before.
