Rolland Garros 2024 finalist Jasmine Paolini truly believes that a smile is the best makeup a girl can wear. Be it her victory or her loss, Paolini is hardly seen with a grumpy face. Now that embarks on her third meeting against her old rival, Iga Swiatek, her fans are a bit anxious about her fate. Paolini, known to have made a mark on the fraternity’s heart with her 2024 reason, surprises her fans as she believes in the “smile and take it easy” formula.

In a press conference, Paolini was asked the reason for that beautiful smile on her face. In her response, the Italian WTA star delighted her fans’ hearts with her words. “It’s not always like that but you know I try honestly I smile a lot, you can see it but it’s not always like that when I’m not smiling it means that I’m not feeling great, my coach is always worried when I don’t smile you know in the practice in the match. He said to me always to enjoy, to smile because it’s important for myself for me as a person“- said Paolini.

However, she concluded by saying how smiling is an essential part of her personality. “So just you know smile and take it easy maybe, I can say that it’s not easy sometimes because things are not going always well but I’m happy that you know I’m like that I smile a lot-” said Paolini.

Previously, in an interview during the Indian Wells tour 2024, this world’s number 15 revealed that the source of her smile is her mother as she thinks her mother Jacqueline Paolini is like that. Not only did she speak about it but she also revealed how much she loves to portray such a happy and positive self. “Yes, I think my mom is like this. She’s smiling a lot and it’s part of me. I’m smiling always. I really like this part of myself”- she said.

Jasmine Paolini’s smile has surely inspired her fans. Although she is nervous about competing against Iga Swiatek, who has defeated her twice, Paolini’s smile proves that she will try her best to turn the tables.
