Serena Williams remains pro-active on social media even though she is off tennis action for a while. The former world no.1, who is busy with other commitments, recently released her magnificent March moments on her Instagram account.

She was traveling around the world for her numerous projects including fashion, investments, and also several award function to receive honors for the film ‘King Richard’. Serena proudly showcased her activities in March in very attractive video as she summed up her busy schedule.

Serena Williams had an action-packed March

Firstly, her investment firm Serena Ventures accepted outside funding and they raised a whopping $111 Millions in the first round. Serena detailed the firm’s diversified utilization of the funds. Founded in 2014, Serena Ventures already has 60 different companies under its umbrella.

Moving on to the fashion world, Serena was part of some of the prestigious fashion shows across the globe. The 40-year-old player was in attendance at her friend Virgil Abloh’s last collection and was also present at the Paris Fashion Week. She went to Paris with her family to grace the event.

As much as in intense go-getter both on and off the court, the American star surely knows how to have fun on her own. She pulled off the ‘drop challenge’ in style as she did it during a photoshoot for a watch company, Audemars Piguet.

Later, the 23-time Grand Slam champion went big as “King Richard” won awards at many functions. Essence, Critic’s Choice, and the Oscars were some functions Serena had attended with her team.

Serena Williams was away from competitive tennis for around ten months now. She last played at Wimbledon, where she damaged her hamstring due to an unfortunate fall on the Center Court. 

The recovery took time but the champion player confirmed that she is feeling much better right now. She did not give any specific date for her return, but she is making sure that the comeback will be strong enough.

Just one title shy of a record 24 majors, Serena Williams will be cautious with her tennis. Considering the challenges at her age, the 23-time Grand Slam winner will take the required time for her return. The American star last won a Grand Slam at the 2017 Australian Open and she lost in four major finals since Melbourne.
