‘Fun Moment in DC…’ – Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Proudly Shares His New Recognition After Launching Angel City FC for Daughter Olympia

Serena Williams is nothing less than a celebrity herself. However, not much behind is her husband, Alexis Ohanian. Over the years, the co-founder of Reddit has steadily become a prominent name in the celebrity world. However, recently, Ohanian had a moment of joy when a random person came toward him thanking him for Angel City FC.

Known to be one of the most active social media entities, yesterday, the 5th of August, Ohanian took to his Twitter handle, elaborating a fun moment in the American capital. He wrote, “Fun moment in DC this week: first time I had a random person walk by and shout something that wasn’t “hey Reddit guy!” or “hey I love Serena” or “hey I love Olympia” — it was “hey! Thank you for Angel City FC!”

The incident clearly came in as a moment of celebration for Ohanian, who is the lead investor in the club. Scrolling through his social media handles, one can see that Ohanian does have a soft corner for the club. And makes sure to promote it in every way possible.

Olympia becomes a shareholder of Angel City FC

Serena and Ohanian are not new to making headlines. However, another member of their family that recently made it to the headlines was none other than their daughter, Olympia. As per a news release by the National Women’s Soccer League, the 5-year-old recently became a shareholder of the NWSL expansion team Angel City.
