Ashleigh Barty is someone who has delved into more than one sport in her life. In tennis, she has been ranked number 1 and won three grand slams. In cricket, she played in the Women’s Big Bash League. However, Barty did not want to have a long career in professional sports.

Barty took a break from tennis in 2014 as she could not manage traveling constantly. After her return in 2018, she set the world on fire as she won slams and reached number 1. However, she retired from the sport for good in 2022, ahead of Roger Federer and Serena Williams. As per her, she lacked the drive and want someone would need at the top level.
But the fast-paced life didn’t end for Barty there. After retirement, she wrote an autobiography, coached a young player and competed in golf, making her busier than ever. Additionally, her participation in the upcoming Australia Made Week would leave her with the bare minimum time to rest. She talked about her busy life in an interview with The Guardian.
