Despite Taylor’s attempts to reason that it was a harmless cicada, her sister was having none of it. Determined to deal with the situation, Taylor grabbed a vacuum cleaner and vowed to suck the bug in. But a fear-inducing thought stopped her in her tracks. “But what if it bites?” she asked.
